These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on Nude Project.

2. Products

We sell clothing for men and women. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

5. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of purchase via available methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped to Italy within 4–7 business days.

Shipping is free.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

8. Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of products.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law.
